## `/api/clinics/options`

### languages

#### Language List:
- en-NZ (defualt English)
- zh-CN (Mandarin)

#### Notes:
- Anything in the database that is not in the options array will be removed.
- Anything in the options array that is not in the database will be added.
- If option array is empty, the system will default to en-NZ
- If there is only one option in the array, the system will default to that, even if it is not English
